Seventh Open Letter to the Finance Committee
In the following I attempt, first, to characterize in an abstract way the situation being addressed by the questions that were asked by us of the UIDAI, in our RTI application of 30/06/2011. I try to make sense, then, of the replies we managed to elicit; and conclude with some elementary observations.
