The Changing Landscape of ICT Governance and Practice - Convergence and Big Data
Sharat Chandra Ram was granted the Young Scholar Award 2015 to attend the Young Scholar Workshop (August 24 - 25, 2015) followed by main CPRSouth2015 conference (Communication Policy Research South) conference (26th - 28th August 2015) - "The Changing Landscape of ICT Governance and Practice - Convergence and Big Data" that was co-organized by the 'Innovation Center for Big Data and Digital Convergence, Yuan Ze University, Taiwan.
