This meeting is an official side-event of the 2015 Global Conference on Cyberspace and is co-organized by the Hague Institute for Global Justice and the Observer Research Foundation. The meeting will take place at the Hague Institute for Global Justice. Sunil Abraham will participate in an expert roundtable.
