The paper was sub­mit­ted to the Min­istry of Human Re­source and De­vel­op­ment in Novem­ber to ap­praise it of the needs of the print dis­abled com­mu­ni­ty. The paper is up for pub­lic com­ments and we wel­come your feed­back for this on­go­ing cam­paign.
