Urgent need to further enhance the symbiotic relationship between OTTs & TSPs. TSPs need to be provided regulatory relief so that they operate in a win-win ecosystem. Licensing OTTs is not an option. Global investments by OTTs growing – was US$ 300 Billion between 2014-2017.

There are plenty of people engaged in digitising Bengali books. Plenty of pirated digitised books are available online. We need to tap into that catchment area.
