The Global Initiative for Inclusive ICTs (G3ict) is launching a survey on the accessibility of financial services in banks for persons with disabilities around the world. The survey is looking at the kind of accommodations being made by different banks and assessing best practices for accessibility to financial services for persons with disabilities.

The object of the survey is to design options for banks to increase their customer base by enabling them to cater to a larger group than is currently able to access services or better serve their communities from a Corporate Social Responsibility standpoint.   If you or anyone you know works in the banking sector, please do fill out the survey to help us capture the current accessibility standards in banks and financial institutions. The survey is available here.
