 as a remote participant from Bangalore. The IGF is being held in Nairo
 bi from 27-30 September 2011. CIS has been registered as a remote IGF 
 hub. This will allow many of us who are unable to attend the IGF in pe
 rson. You can follow the discussion\, watch the web cast of the event\
 , follow real-time closed captioning and participate live (via text or
  video) that will be answered by panelists in the IGF.
